The market

The transition is funded. Now it must be staffed.

The GCC's clean energy investment is concentrated where the region has a natural edge: world-record solar tariffs, giga-scale green hydrogen at NEOM, one of the fastest grid-scale battery storage roll-outs anywhere, and an expanding civil nuclear agenda. The binding constraint is delivery capability: construction leadership, commissioning, grid connection and O&M talent that the regional market cannot yet supply.

We mobilise clean energy specialists from established international markets and help clients build the national workforce that gives these programmes lasting roots. For nuclear, we bring the assurance mindset of regulated-industry delivery, earned on the four-unit Barakah programme: nothing moves without competence, compliance and evidence.

What we deliver

Clean energy disciplines we mobilise

01

Solar & Renewables Delivery

Project managers, construction managers, QA/QC and package engineers for utility-scale PV programmes across the region.

02

Green Hydrogen

Delivery professionals for the region's first-of-a-kind hydrogen and derivatives programmes, from electrolyser installation to ammonia export facilities.

03

Battery Storage & Grid Connection

BESS engineers, integration specialists, grid compliance and commissioning teams that turn installed capacity into generating capacity.

04

Nuclear

Suitably qualified and experienced personnel (SQEP) for new build, operations support and regulated environments, sourced from established nuclear nations.
