About INYA Solutions

Fifty years in the region.
Built for its next fifty.

A founder-led workforce partner with delivery in its DNA, and a family heritage that began on Middle East and North Africa worksites in the 1970s.

Our story

Two generations of putting the right people on the ground

In the 1970s, our founder's father built a manpower business in Libya, supplying the skilled workforce behind the era's major construction programmes. The lesson of that business still defines ours: infrastructure is promised in capital plans, but it is delivered by people, mobilised at the right time, in the right place, compliant and ready to work.

Two generations later, INYA Solutions carries that heritage into the Gulf's most ambitious era. Our founder has spent more than twenty years delivering rail, energy and infrastructure programmes across the Middle East and internationally, including some of the region's landmark metro, high speed rail and energy projects.

We founded INYA because the region's delivery model has a structural gap. Capital is committed and contractors are appointed. Then programmes discover that the specialist talent they need does not exist in the local market, at the same moment their localisation obligations demand a national workforce strategy. INYA exists to close both gaps at once.

Leadership

Founder-led. Delivery-bred.

INYA is led personally by its founder, a rail and infrastructure professional with over twenty years of programme experience across the GCC and internationally, spanning project delivery, operations readiness and workforce mobilisation.

In the Middle East, that experience covers both the region's landmark transport programmes and workforce delivery across its major energy and industrial portfolio: LNG, gas-to-liquids, refining, petrochemicals, conventional power, renewables and the Arab world's first nuclear power station. As part of the senior leadership team on PMC assignments, our founder helped shape workforce strategy for major infrastructure, rail and energy programmes.

That matters to our clients for a simple reason: when we discuss your programme, we are not translating recruiter language into delivery language. We have sat on your side of the table, inside the schedules, interfaces and assurance regimes that make infrastructure programmes succeed or fail.

How we work

Principles we won't trade

01

Delivery first

Every workforce decision is measured against one question: does it protect your programme's schedule, cost and assurance position? We are judged by delivery outcomes, not placement volume.

02

Honesty about scarcity

If the talent your plan assumes does not exist at the rate and timescale assumed, we will tell you, then redesign the approach before it becomes a delivery failure.

03

Compliance without shortcuts

Visas, labour law, Saudisation and Emiratisation obligations are engineered into every mobilisation plan from day one, never retrofitted.

04

Relationships over transactions

We build long-term partnerships in a region where trust is earned in person and kept over decades. Our heritage here is fifty years old; we act like it.
